About Dina Morsi

Born in Montreal, Dina graduated from Concordia University with a degree in Economics and began her career in banking as an account manager.

At just 21, she took an entrepreneurial leap, launching two start-up businesses in the dry-cleaning industry. Her passion for real estate eventually led her to sell her businesses and focus on property investment. By age 27, Dina had purchased her first property on her own, marking the beginning of her successful real estate career. Over the past 21 years, Dina has built a distinguished reputation in Montreal’s competitive real estate market with Royal LePage. She is known for her strong work ethic, unwavering integrity, deep industry knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and consistent business success. Her approachable demeanor, combined with these qualities, propelled her into the Top 2% of realtors nationally in gross closed and collected income for 2022 and 2024 with Royal LePage. In addition to her professional achievements, Dina is deeply committed to giving back and believes that helping others is essential. In 2024, she was recognized as a Top 5% donor for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, contributing a portion of each transaction to support her local shelter. 

In 2025, she was honored with what she considers the highlight of her career: the coveted A.E. LePage Broker of the Year Award. Named after Albert Edward LePage, the founder of Royal LePage, this prestigious distinction recognizes a broker who exemplifies exceptional business success, leadership, professional excellence, integrity, and dedication to charitable initiatives, including ongoing support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.
